Identify the physical connection
Ask for clear photographs and specifications of the actual AC and DC charging ports. Confirm the connector standards on the selected vehicle, then compare them with the charging equipment available to the intended owner. Do not infer the port from an international promotional image or another market’s model. If an adapter or modification is proposed, request a separate technical assessment of compatibility, operation and any effect on the vehicle or destination requirements.
Read charging figures in context
Record which battery version a charging claim describes, the start and end state of charge, and any stated test conditions. Peak charging power is not the same as sustained charging power across an entire session. Temperature, battery condition and the charger can affect the result. Use manufacturer figures as references with their original context, and avoid converting them into a guaranteed customer charging time or operating range.
List what is supplied with the vehicle
Confirm whether charging cables, portable equipment or other accessories are included, and identify their ratings and intended use. A pictured accessory is not necessarily part of the export order. Ask who will verify the electrical installation at destination and how the buyer will obtain suitable equipment where necessary. Keep equipment procurement distinct from the vehicle quotation so that both responsibilities and costs remain visible.
Document the agreed result
Add charging details to the final vehicle specification and retain the evidence used for approval. For a mixed shipment, repeat the check for each battery and powertrain combination rather than using one vehicle as a universal reference. Share relevant battery and vehicle information with the selected logistics provider for its acceptance review. Resolve compatibility questions before the order is confirmed; a catalogue listing does not answer them automatically.
China-market manufacturer specifications. Equipment, software, connected services and export suitability must be confirmed for the selected vehicle and destination.
